He was born on September 23, 2016 to Zedrick Ray Spencer and Sydney Richelle Willmes.
Survivors include his Parents;
Grandparents; Shana Staiger, Howard Ray Spencer, Mary McElwain and Randy Willmes;
Great-Grandparents, Gary and Linda Staiger, and Keary Willmes
Funeral Service will be 10:00 am Tuesday, November 1st, at the First Southern Baptist Church in Liberal, with Pastor Jack Jacob presiding. Burial to follow at Liberal Cemetery.
Visitation time will be from 1pm - 5pm Monday at Brenneman Funeral Home.
